Toner and Ink Saving Software - PretonSaver™ - Receives Title "Most Recommended Solution" for Saving Money and Going Green by Testing Lab. Test results submitted by an independent lab declare toner and ink saving software solution PretonSaver™ to be "a viable and preferred solution for printing, saving up to 70% on consumable costs, reducing carbon footprint and sustaining the environment". Tel-Aviv, Israel – September 14, 2010 - Toner and Ink Saving Software Company, Preton Ltd, announced today test results accumulated by the independent research advisor and consultant, bradham360 Ltd. and Industry Analysts, Inc. The test results, as established by bradham360 Ltd and Industry Analysts, Inc, proved that when employing the PretonSaver solution on a mixed content document (with text, graphics, and images), savings of 68.8% were achieved. In each trial 1,500 pages were printed using Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet Enterprise P3015 and its Universal Print Driver set to its default settings. The first trial is conducted using the HP Universal Print Driver only. In the second trial PretonSaverTM software is added, set at the default savings setting; Text at 35%, Graphics and Images at 20% savings. The final test involves printing 1,500 pages with PretonSaverTM set to a higher level of savings; 70% on text and 50% on graphics and images. Toner usage is measured by weighing the toner cartridges before and after the predetermined number of pages is printed. The weight difference is attributed to the amount of toner consumed by those prints. These tests were conducted 3 times, using a new cartridge each time. Test results, as established by bradham360 Ltd. and Industry Analysts Inc. determined that savings of up to 70% in toner usage can be achieved when using the PretonSaver™ toner and ink saving software.
