PretonSaver Home™ Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)



Q: I don't like the PretonSaver Home™ popup to show every time I print. How do I make it disappear?

Answer: The PretonSaver Home™ print dialog can be turned off only when the product is activated. (That means a license has been purchased and its serial number used to activate the product). To disable the print dialog:

1. Right click on the System try icon to show the program menu.

   
2. When the menu appears simply click the "Prompt Before Printing" option.
 


Q: I bought a license. How do I activate the product?

Q: I have formatted/replaced my hard drive or replaced my computer. How do I activate (/Transfer my license to) the new installation of Preton?

Answer: In order to activate PretonSaver on a new computer or hard drive you will first need to free your license from the old computer or hard drive. Click here to free your license.




Q: Can PretonSaver Home™ license be used for both 32 bit and 64 bit versions?

Answer: Yes. PretonSaver Home™ licenses can be used for either the 32 bit or the 64 bit version of PretonSaver Home.
